美国亚马逊账号被封如何解决？

1、什么是美国亚马逊封账号

当你登录亚马逊时，不管怎么样都是显示用户名或者密码出错，使用忘记密码功能，修改了密码但仍然不能登录时，基本就是账号被冻结。这时候，你可以看看自己的邮箱，亚马逊会发来一份 accout holding的邮件。

亚马逊邮件内容如下：Account on Hold: Response Required

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your pending order(s), including order #114-5271777-3108219. To avoid cancellation of your order(s), we request that you fax us a copy of the billing statement associated with the debit or credit card provided as payment. Our fax number is 001-206-266-1838 when faxing from outside the US, or 206-266-1838 from within the US. This statement should include the following information:

* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card

* Address on file with the card issuer

* The customer service phone number for your financial institution

On your fax, please provide the email address used when placing your order the order number you received in your email confirmation.

Do note that the statement must be sent via fax as we are unable to interpret attachments via email. Please also note that you will be unable to access your Amazon.com account as it has been placed on hold pending receipt of your fax. Please do not place a new order or open a new account as this may result in additional delays.

If you are unable to send the fax, please ask the issuer of your debit or credit card to contact us so we may verify your account details. The card issuer can reach us via the above fax number. 2、遇到账号被封怎么办？

别急，也不要重新注册新的账号。因为就算你注册新的账号，也是一样可能被美亚给冻结的。因为他们的系统控制非常严格，不仅是ip，可能电脑网卡的MAC地址，甚至路由器的MAC地址等都有记录。

如果你的信用卡是自己的，先找到信用卡账单，并将信用卡正面放在账单上进行拍照。如果信用卡是电子账单，就拍一张信用卡照片，然后在电脑上合成一张图片就好。这份文件，便是将传真给美国亚马逊，以证明账号与信用卡没有问题的。

注意：在信用卡账单文件上，请注明 

1）、你的亚马逊登陆邮箱

2）、亚马逊寄来的冻结邮件中提及的order 号码

3）、你的信用卡上的名字，注明 中文名字，以及拼音名字（和信用卡上一样）

4）、你的账单地址：中文地址，以及拼音（以免外国人看不懂中文）

5）、你的信用卡关联的电话号码

6）、拍摄的信用卡照片，可把前面的数字抹黑，只留下最后4位，以免信用卡号码外泄。

4、发送好国际传真后，为了更快解封，我们需要联系亚马逊在线客服。

1）、打开亚马逊在线联系 http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html

2）、选择 something else

3）、选择password ，email or login

然后点击chat（在线聊天客服）

5、客服接通后，告诉他你的账号被 my account on hold，他会问你几个问题。

1）、你的名字（你就说 chinese name:xxx  以及信用卡上的拼音名字 YYY）

2）、你的账单地址（中文地址，拼音）

3）、你的信用卡电话（中国电话号码）

4）、和他说，你已经发送一份传真要亚马逊。

5）、他会和你说，24小时内会有处理。
